Delivery Management
We visit each factory to check the production status and schedule so that we can deliver the exact quantity on the contracted delivery date.

取引工場には社員を派遣し、完成品だけの検品ではなく各生産工場ごとに品質の統一（塗料・研磨・梱包仕様等）などをチェックし品質の安定、向上に努めています。
生産管理
インドネシア国内の製造工場の情報を収集し工場を選択、材料、生産、コスト管理を行っています。
倉庫
製造に必要な生地、金具などの部品、さらに海外からの輸入材料などを自社でストックすることにより製造をスムーズに行える体制を整えました。
物流・貿易
複数の工場の商品を、混載することを可能にし、タイムリーなデリバリー、直送コンテナの輸出業務を行っています。
国内販売
インドネシア国内の展示会出品、国内商業施設や旅館への販売・日本製の家具・畳・雑貨等の販売も行っています。
